The Immanuel Lecture Series: Aging Gloriously
Join us on the third Friday of each month when we host a variety of stimulating speakers on a range of topics. Immanuel Lutheran Communities is pleased to offer this series as a means of sharing the Abundant Life Program to not only of the residents of our community, but to our neighbors throughout the Flathead Valley.
January’s Lecture is Aging Gloriously, presented by Ina Albert.
Ina is a Life Transitions Coach, author, healthcare communications consultant, trainer, workshop facilitator and poet. She co-authored the book Write Yourself Well…Journal Your Self To Health, a journal workbook written for people suffering from illness and stress based on research demonstrating the health benefits of expressive writing.
Ina has penned numerous articles for healthcare publications during her 40-year career. Her work is included in The Art of Grief (Routledge Press) and her short stories and poetry for children and adults have appeared in various publications including Second Journey, BeliefNet, Conscious Choice, and Parent Magazine. She writes a monthly column for Montana Woman Magazine.
Ina is a certified Age-ing to Sage-ing ® Seminar Leader and professional facilitator of Private Paths Common Ground, an adult rite of passage workshop.
