Ready to start your heart-healthy diet?

February is heart health month, and what better way to observe it than to learn some new ideas for eating well?  Holly Nickels, a dietician from the Summit cardiac rehab program will speak about some easy, interesting and fun ideas in the kitchen.

Holly Nickels is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 30 years of experience in the field of foods and nutrition.  She is a native Montanan who graduated from Montana State University and completed her Dietetic Internship at University of California Extension, Berkeley, California.
